Sommer provides legal services to an internationally recognized expert and author in several areas of youth-at-risk and child well-being including sexual abuse, physical and emotional abuse, bullying and interpersonal violence, and child safety. Additionally, Sommer reviews the law in the applicable jurisdiction and assesses standards and practices, policies and procedures, and questions of negligence.

Prior to working as a consultant for a nationally renowned expert witness, Sommer Wall performed e-discovery for the United States Attorney's Office (USAO) in both the Drug Task Force and Major Crimes units. Sommer has been performing e-discovery for more than 16 years in Denver and has overseen many large and very well-publicized trials.

In addition to her various roles as team leader, case manager, and project manager

Mrs. Wall has also taught Continuing Legal Education (CLE) courses on e-discovery and its effects on other areas of the law. Sommer has trained attorneys and staff in the use of technology and litigation support tools.

She is proficient in the use of many e-discovery and litigation programs including Relativity, CaseMap, and Trial Director. Sommer oversaw all aspects of e-discovery at the USAO, from document collection through processing, production, and trial presentation.

Ms. Wall's experience includes extensive e-discovery and litigation in the areas of economic crimes, construction defects, federal drug crime prosecution, telecommunications, patent infringement, bankruptcy, and labor and employment.

She is an accomplished researcher and writer and has drafted the e-discovery protocol and guidance for federal agents and prosecutors regarding technical specifications for data processing and production.

Sommer enjoys cooking, gardening, reading, hiking, and a wide variety of craft projects. She lives in the Denver, CO area with her husband and two children.
